Fire Lord Azula has stormed onto EDHREC as the #5 trending commander this month. She’s a Grixis (blue-black-red) spellslinger who rewards you for casting a torrent of instants and sorceries, converting a chain of cheap spells into overwhelming value and lethal burn. Early: Prioritize ramp and card advantage — Sol Ring, signets, Talismans — and get Rhystic Study or Mystic Remora online. Hold up Counterspell for opposing ramp and combo pieces; don’t jam Azula into an open board.
