Two big things are happening in cyberpunk TCGs this week. Cyberpunk TCG‘s first-ever in-store Beta Events kick off September 10, and Neuroscape TCG just landed a brand-new Genesis Unlimited: 2-Player Starter Kit on store shelves. New players are about to flood into both games at once — which makes this the perfect week to talk about something we built specifically for that moment: two free, browser-based deck builders.
We’re Mana Riot Games, and alongside our own card sets we’ve quietly built and maintained a pair of unofficial fan tools: Night City Meta for Cyberpunk TCG, and Mainframe Meta for Neuroscape TCG. If you’re picking up either game for the first time this month, here’s what they can do for you.
Night City Meta — built for the Beta

Night City Meta is a full card database and deck builder for Cyberpunk TCG, currently tracking all 149 cards from the Beta card pool — a number that’ll keep climbing as the game grows toward its November 6 full retail launch. If you’re new to the game, a quick primer: every Cyberpunk TCG deck is built around three Legend cards (your crew leaders), filled out to 40–50 cards total, and powered by an €$ (Eddie) resource curve instead of a traditional mana system.
Night City Meta filters the database by card type (Legend, Unit, Gear, Program) and color, then does the bookkeeping for you as you build: a live Deck Intel panel tracks your Legend count, deck size, average Eddie cost, and unique card count, backed by full validation, an Eddie Curve chart, a color breakdown, and RAM budget tracking so you don’t accidentally overload your rig. When your list is ready, copy it as text or generate a shareable link to send to your crew.
There’s also The Fixer, an in-world AI chat assistant baked right into the tool — ask it about synergies, matchup counters, or just “what should I run with this Legend” and it’ll talk you through it, chooms and all. Sign in to save decks to your account, and keep an eye on the Community Decks page: it’s warming up as a place to browse crew builds from other players, so if you’re one of the first through the door for Beta Events September 10–20, your list could be among the first ones featured there.
Mainframe Meta — the proof it works

If Night City Meta is the new kid, Mainframe Meta is the tool that’s already proven the concept. It covers all 258 cards in Neuroscape TCG‘s Genesis set (v1.1), and with Asmodee’s new Genesis Unlimited: 2-Player Starter Kit hitting retail on August 28, there’s never been a better week for brand-new players to find it.
In Neuroscape, every deck is anchored by a Mainframe card, built out into a Cyberdeck of Character, Program, and Gear cards, with a RAM deck capped at 25. Mainframe Meta filters by card type and rarity, and adds a genuinely useful feature for anyone building from a real collection: My Collection tracking with a “Collection Only” filter, plus a Find Replacement tool that swaps in cards you actually own when your dream list calls for ones you don’t.
Save decks to the cloud, revisit them from My Decks, and lean on Deck Stats — full validation plus a RAM Curve chart — to make sure your build is legal and balanced before you sit down to play. Mainframe Meta’s AI assistant, The Oracle, is the Fixer’s counterpart on the Neuroscape side, ready to talk deck strategy on demand. And unlike Night City Meta’s community page, Mainframe Meta’s Community Decks are already live: you can browse public builds by faction, sort by newest or top-rated, and search for exactly the archetype you’re chasing.
Same toolkit, two different moments
Put side by side, the two tools mirror each other on purpose — an AI deck assistant in each (Fixer vs. Oracle), a resource curve chart in each (Eddie Curve vs. RAM Curve), full deck validation in each, and community deck sharing that’s live on one and about to open up on the other. Mainframe Meta shows what the toolkit looks like once a community has had time to build it up; Night City Meta is that same toolkit standing ready right as Cyberpunk TCG‘s Beta Events give thousands of new players their first decks.
